Fundamental Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Class

Any great structure must be built on a strong foundation. Our system of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in no different. The purpose of our fundamental class is to ensure that each student that is new to the art can begin learning and training in a class designed specifically for their needs. This allows the student to be given more personal attention as they begin their Jiu Jitsu journey.

For the fundamentals class, we use a curriculum created to focuses on the fundamental techniques of the Ribeiro Jiu-Jitsu Association. These are the same techniques and methods forged over years of intense training, competition and several world titles from World Champions’ Saulo and Xande Ribeiro. This includes both self-defense and the sport BJJ. This program is an excellent step for the beginner as well as where our advanced students go to perfect the basics.

Sparring Class

This program is for the experienced individual looking for the next challenge. Here we will build our game on top of solid fundamentals. This class allows the experienced student to explore and experiment with different games and techniques. This class is designed specifically for the student who is dedicated to achieve the goal of blue, purple, brown and eventually black belt.
